Did anyone ever find the promotional code for free delivery from Safeway?

A Sept. 4 post indicated there would be free delivery for certain zipcodes while the "Stinky Safeway" was closed. Has anyone found the promotional code and/or successfully used the free delivery offer?

"SHOPATHOME", according to a previous forum post that cites the "New Brightwoodian" blog, which I think cites an email from Councilwoman Bowser.

Is there a minimum amount you need to spend to get free delivery? Also, can you schedule the delivery for the evening or do they leave the food at your door if you are not home?
