What kind of progress has been made on Kennedy Street?

I moved into the neighborhood a few years ago. I found this document about the revitalization of Kennedy street. While there have been a couple of improvements, it doesn't seem like it is making much progress in the direction of the grand plans of the document:  http://planning.dc.gov/OP/Neig...20Planning/Ward%204%20PDFs/KennedySt_FinalReport%20CS3.pdf
What's going on? Am I missing something?

Oops, that wouldn't work. Type Kennedy St into the search box and it's the first two posts.

Thank for pointing me to those posts. I missed those. So it seems like there is hope on the horizon.

Well, we can dream. :) Personally I think it has a lot of potential and as the city can't really expand, these lesser developed areas will become "hot spots" because of their inventory, both commercial and residential. I guess we shall see. Oh, and hi neighbor!

I'm interested in the answer to this question too. We bought a house a few blocks south of Kennedy a few months ago and it'd be great to see the street cleaned up. Seems like it has so much potential.
