THC (Transtional Housing Corporation) is a nonprofit rooted in Petworth/Brightwood.  We house and provide services to nearly 500 families that were either homeless or at-risk of homelessness through a variety of housing options (transitional, rapid re-housing, permanent supportive housing and affordable housing) and work to keep families housed through wrap-around services to provide stability.
We are looking for volunteers from Petworth, Brightwood, 16th St Heights, Parkview and Columbia Heights to join our volunteer community as tutors, youth enrichment team members and donation drivers.  These opportunities directly impact your community and are conveniently right around the corner!
