Chimney repair and cap

Our Petworth rowhouse has a chimney that could use a bit of work - probably some repointing of the bricks and a cap to keep the critters out.  Possibly a liner too.  This is the chimney that serves the furnace, not a woodburning fireplace.  Any suggestions for who does this type of work?

Winston's Chimney Service in Bethesda. Highly recommended.

Priddy Clean.  They did similar work for us and I was pleased with their responsiveness and the results.

I recommend Edgar's Masonry Construction. They did my chimney (and two neighbor's) after the earthquake. Out of the four companies I brought in for estiamtes, Edgar was the only one who knew the correct mortar mix (lime sand mix). Anyone who tells you they are going to use a cement based concrete doesn't know what they are doing.
