Upshur Dog Park - was there a fight there Tues night/Wed AM?

I was at Upshur Dog Park today about noon. The second we entered the park, my dog and another dog with me ran around sniffing like crazy, and got really focused on a couple of places. On closer inspection, we found a puddle (open hand sized) of blood by the entrance gate, and found two of the white chairs with large smears of blood on them. It sure seemed like something happened there. Anyone know anything?
