In Search of DC Certified Barber for St. Baldrick's Fundraiser

Dear PoPVille,
I am hosting a St. Baldrick's Head Shaving Event on Tuesday 03/19/13 and need barbers. Due to unforeseen circumstances we're down to no barbers for the event to be held at The Pinch.
