Pleasant Pops is opening our first store this summer in Adams Morgan, DC. We are looking for a parking spot within a short walk of our store at 1781 Florida Ave. NW (where's Rita's used to be under the Mint gym). The spot needs to be large enough to accommodate a van that is normal width but is 8.5 feet tall. The van also has a freezer in it so it needs to be near an outdoor outlet that we can reach with an extension cord. We will of course pay for extra electricity that is used by the van. Energy star rating says that the freezer uses $51 per year of electricity but we are happy to pay more than that.
