Home Insurance Coverage and Costs

Hello everyone,

What do you think should be the dwelling amount for a typical 3 bedroom and 2 bath house in Petworth?

My current insurance costs $875 a year for the following coverage through State Farm.  Does this seem right?  How does it compare to what you have?  I have not made any claims, so I get the Claim Record Discount.  No car, so that's not a factor.

Dwelling - $315,800
Dwelling Extension - $31,580
Personal Property - $236,850
Loss of Use - Actual Loss Sustained
Deductible - $2,000
Personal Liability - $500,000
Damage to Property of Others - $500
Medical Payments to Others (Each Person) - $1,000
Claim Record Discount - Subract $193
Total Cost - $875

Any specific things to look for in Forms, Options and Endorsements?
Thanks for your advice!
