serious police activity on 13th btwn park & monroe--any know what happened?

starting around 5:30, with two squad cars emptying to put one person in cuffs, there has been continuous police activity on the block. suits, plain-clothes, uniforms leading a K9 search. looked like they did an on-site suspect id with someone else involved, who is not in cuffs and helping police.
i'm nosy, but mostly it's, you know, on my doorstep. anyone know what happened?
