HVAC recommendations?

I need to get my furnace serviced (just a check-up) before winter. Does anyone have recommendations of good people to work with or companies to avoid?

Phone: 301-735-7033.. The owner Kevin Reed, is very responsive and priced reasonbly for heating-A/C-gas issues. And he is local out of Petworth.
