HandyMan with Ladder?

Hi Pop,
One of my window screens fell out and we aren't able to get it back in from inside the house. Does anyone know a handyman with a 2 story ladder that could help us get it back in. Someone not too expensive; its a very simple job - just requires a long-ist ladder.
