Anyone know what was happening last night on 15th between P and Q? 2/28 around 8PM

Last night (2/28) at around 8pm there were cops everywhere and they closed the intersection of 15th and Church, the cops wouldn't let anyone walk through and said it was a dangerous area. Anyone know what happened?
